All items are shipped from our warehouse in North Miami, FL and ship Monday - Friday, with the exception of major holidays. We currently offer the following shipping methods to all 50 United States, P.O. boxes and select U.S. Territories (Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands).

Please note: Once UPS or USPS accepts your package and it is in their possession, we can no longer be held responsible for ensuring that your package is delivered on time.  

How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number. You can track your order at www.usps.com OR www.ups.com.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12:00PM EST will begin processing that same day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock. We will also send a follow-up e-mail with your shipment details. 

What if my item is unavailable?
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we are back-ordered on certain colors or sizes. If we are out of stock on an item that you ordered, we will notify you via e-mail or phone on how you would like to proceed.
 

Which payment methods do you accept?
BloqUV.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal. 

What if I refuse my shipment?
If you decide to refuse any shipments, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to BloqUV. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

International Shipping

Bloquv.com is working with SkyBOX Checkout for international orders. SkyBOX Checkout allows us to show our prices in local currency and gives you the option to pay for your order in USD or local currency. The amount you pay at checkout will be final and inclusive of duties and taxes. SkyBOX Checkout guarantees the duty and tax estimates provided at checkout and will honor this price regardless of any differences between our estimates and the actual duties and taxes assessed by the customs authorities.
