Shipping & Delivery
All items are shipped from our warehouse in North Miami, FL and ship Monday - Friday, with the exception of major holidays. We currently offer the following shipping methods to all 50 United States, P.O. boxes and select U.S. Territories (Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands). How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number. You can track your order at www.usps.com
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12:00PM EST will begin processing that same day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. BloqUV will send an e-mail with your shipment details, once available.
What if my item is unavailable?
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of all items listed on our website, occasionally we will run out of a specific style, color, or size combination. If one (or more) of the items on your order are out of stock, we will fulfill what we have, and issue a refund for the balance, back to your original form of payment.
Modify of cancel my order:
We know you want your order fast, so as soon as it is placed we are on it! Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to:
- Billing or shipping address update
- Addition or removal of items
- Change in color/size of item
- Order cancellation request
- Shipping method change
What if I refuse my shipment?
If you decide to refuse any shipments, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to BloqUV. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
International Shipping
Bloquv.com is working with SkyBOX Checkout for international orders. SkyBOX Checkout allows us to show our prices in local currency and gives you the option to pay for your order in USD or local currency. The amount you pay at checkout will be final and inclusive of duties and taxes. SkyBOX Checkout guarantees the duty and tax estimates provided at checkout and will honor this price regardless of any differences between our estimates and the actual duties and taxes assessed by the customs authorities.
