What is our return policy?
Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise with tags attached may be returned within 30 days after the purchase date of the item(s). If you receive the wrong item, we will also accept it for refund. Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via www.bloquv.com.
Return Shipping Options There are two options available on how you may return your item(s). Please fill out the form at the bottom of the page to select your desired option.
1) USPS pre-paid shipping label - $7.95 USD
We can send you a pre-paid shipping label for each package you are returning. The flat rate shipping label fee will be deducted from your total refund. PLEASE NOTE: Your pre-paid shipping label must be printed within 24 hours of retrieval, or the link will expire. If the link expires, please email email@example.com to request another pre-paid shipping label.
2) Ship item(s) back at your own expense
We recommend that you insure your shipment since you are responsible for the items until they arrive at our BloqUV warehouse.

Please fill out the correct form to avoid the mishandling of your order. If you are returning, please fill out a Return form. If you are exchanging, please fill out an Exchange form. What if I receive the wrong item?
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly and sent you the incorrect item(s), we will gladly take back that item for a full refund or exchange at our expense. BloqUV will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
How should I ship my return?
Pack and seal your box securely. Please enclose a copy of the invoice. If you are using a label provided by BloqUV, make sure to affix the return-shipping label on your package. We are not responsible for items that have been lost in transit to us, so we encourage you to insure your shipment.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment minus the cost of the return shipping ($7.95), if applicable. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
