What is our exchange policy?
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund. Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise with tags attached may be exchanged within 30 days after the purchase date of the item. If you receive the wrong item, we will also accept it for refund. Please note: We do not accept exchanges on products that were not purchased via www.bloquv.com. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
Holiday exception: Item(s) purchased from November 20, 2019 to December 25, 2019 can be exchanged within a 45-day period. Item(s) after the 45-day period will be issued as a store credit.
Exchange Shipping Options There are two options available on how you may exchange your item(s).
Ship item(s) back at your own expense.
Once we receive the item(s) you wish to exchange, we will then package the new item(s) and send them to the original shipping address you provided. We recommend that you insure your shipment since you are responsible for the items until they arrive at our BloqUV warehouse. Please note: If you would like to designate another shipping address, please contact us prior to submitting your exchange form.
Flat rate USPS shipping label - $7.95 USD
The $7.95 fee will be charged via credit card over the phone and at the time we are ready to ship your new item(s). Once we receive the item(s) you would like exchanged, we will then send your desired item(s) via at our own shipping expense within 3-5 business days. Please note: If you would like to designate another shipping address, please contact us prior to submitting your exchange form.
Please note: Any exchange(s) requested after the 30-day period will no longer be eligible for free shipping. Once your new item(s) are ready for shipment, we will require a $7.95 payment via credit card to cover the cost of shipping.

What if I receive the wrong item?
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly and sent you the incorrect item(s), we will gladly take back that item for a full refund at our expense. BloqUV will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
How should I ship my return?
Pack and seal your box securely. To be properly processed, your return must have a Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Please enclose a copy of the invoice. If you are using a label provided by BloqUV, make sure to affix the return-shipping label on your package. We are not responsible for items that have been lost in transit to us, so we encourage you to insure your shipment.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment minus the cost of the return shipping ($7.95), if applicable. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
