What is our exchange policy?

Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise with tags attached may be exchanged within 30 days after the purchase date of the item. If you receive the wrong item, we will also accept it for refund. Please note: We do not accept exchanges on products that were not purchased via www.bloquv.com.

Exchange Shipping Options There are two options available on how you may exchange your item(s). Please fill out the form at the bottom of the page to select your desired option.

1) Ship item(s) back at your own expense.

Once we receive the item(s) you wish to exchange, we will then package the new item(s) and send them to the original shipping address you provided. We recommend that you insure your shipment since you are responsible for the items until they arrive at our BloqUV warehouse.

2) USPS pre-paid shipping label - $7.95 USD

The $7.95 fee will be charged via credit card over the phone and at the time we are ready to ship your new item(s). Once we receive the item(s) you would like exchanged, we will then send your desired item(s) via at our own shipping expense within 3-5 business days. PLEASE NOTE: Your pre-paid shipping label must be printed within 24 hours of retrieval, or the link will expire. If the link expires, please email customerservice@bloquv.com to request another pre-paid shipping label.

How to submit an Exchange form: Please scroll down to the bottom of this page, fill out your information and we will contact you shortly by email. Please fill out the correct form to avoid the mishandling of your order. If you are exchanging, please fill out an Exchange form. If you are returning, please fill out a Return form. (Both options are located under Customer Support in the footer of the website)

What if I receive the wrong item?

In the event that we processed your order incorrectly and sent you the incorrect item(s), we will gladly take back that item for a full refund or exchange at our expense. BloqUV will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

How should I ship my exchange?

Pack and seal your box securely. To be properly processed, your return must have a Return Authorization number/Order number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Please enclose a copy of the invoice. If you are using a label provided by BloqUV, make sure to affix the return-shipping label on your package. We are not responsible for items that have been lost in transit to us, so we encourage you to insure your shipment.

How do I proceed with my exchange returning to a different address?

If you would like to designate another shipping address, please include a message in your form stating the new Ship To address.
